How we Support Our Community
YACC is involved with many local Tulsa charities through contributions of time and financial support. Below are a few examples of organizations that YACC contributes toward.

Animal Rescue Foundation
Hosting Pet Adoption along with financial contributions. Some YACC members are actively involved with ARF.

Blessings Box
YACC has installed Blessing Boxes at the west end of the church parking lot to include a box for food, pet food, hygiene products, children’s needs and a library. These boxes are supplied by generous donations from YACC attendees and friends of the nearby community.

Christian Church in Oklahoma
YACC gives financial contributions to the Christian Church in Oklahoma who in turn support mission activities and disaster response for Oklahomans.

Little Lighthouse
YACC gives financial contributions to the Little Lighthouse as they help children and families overcome limitations. Located across Yale Avenue from the church, the church provides the use of our parking lot for overflow activities held at the Little Lighthouse.

Oklahoma Family Empowerment Center
This is a social service agency serving the Tulsa metropolitan area. YACC makes financial contribution as well as serving on their board.

Play & Learn Preschool
YACC leases the education wing of the church building to the non-profit Play & Learn Preschool and makes financial contribution to the Preschool. The mission of the Preschool aligns with YACC’s mission as Play and Learn works to impact the lives of children of all socio-economic levels in a positive way.
